Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training and scheduling
- Monitor Inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
