- Install and set up printers, photocopiers, and related devices at client sites.
Maintenance and Servicing:
- Diagnose hardware issues and perform timely repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of devices.
Client Support:
- Provide on-site and remote support to resolve technical issues.
- Educate clients on proper usage and troubleshooting methods.
