Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management / Business Administration (BBA / MBA HR) / Public Administration or related field 1–2 years experience in hospital or healthcare HR management (preferred)

Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
- Recruitment & onboarding processes
- Payroll management and attendance monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Ability to maintain confidential employee records
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of HR software / Hospital Management System (HMS)
- Report preparation and HR documentation
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)
Name of the Post: Hospital Security Personnel
No of post : 2
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Matriculation or above
- Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Day shift only)
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Strong observation and monitoring skills
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome
- Male candidates are encouraged to apply

Name of the Post: Multi-Tasking Staff

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Matriculation
- Must possess a valid driving license
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills

- Willingness to work in 6-hour rotational shifts (Morning / Day / Night)
