Requirement: Lead state-wide program implementation and execution.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in large-scale program management.

Name of the Post: Academic Lead

Requirement: Design and oversee the state’s instructional and pedagogical model.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in academic leadership.

Salary: ₹15 – ₹18 LPA

Name of the Post: Program Manager (Program Track)

Requirement: Coordinate with government bodies and key partners.

Minimum 7 years of experience in program management.

Salary: ₹9 – ₹12 LPA

Name of the Post: Program Manager (Academic Track)

Requirement: Develop academic frameworks, content, and resources.

Minimum 7 years of experience in academic or program coordination.

Salary: ₹9 – ₹12 LPA

Name of the Post: Senior Finance Manager

Requirement: Build and manage financial systems to support education reform.

7–10 years of experience in finance, audit, and compliance.
