Eligibility Criteria
1.Lecturer
Academic Qualification:
- M.Tech / B.Tech / M.Sc in relevant subject (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics)
- Master’s Degree in Home & Family Sciences (HFS)
- MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or IT
- Ph.D / M.A in English (for English Lecturer)
- B.Ed required for all lecturer posts
- NEET/JEE coaching experience preferred (for PCM)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience preferred
- Exceptional freshers may apply
2.Hostel Warden
- Graduate (B.A / B.Sc or equivalent)
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, internet
- Age limit: Up to 40 years
3.Front Desk Officer (Female)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Age: 20–25 years
- Strong communication skills (English & regional)
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
Salary & Benefits
- Lecturer: Rs. 18,000 – 25,000/month + incentives & bonuses
- Hostel Warden: Rs. 15,000/month (Negotiable)
- Front Desk Officer: Rs. 15,000/month (Negotiable)
