APPLICATION DETAILS
Candidates shall download the Application Forms from the official website www.nrhmmanipur.org and print in A4 size paper from 20-02-2024 to 27-02-2024. There will be NO sale of Forms physically.
Upper age limits: 38 years(Unreserved), 41 years(OBC) and 43 years(SC/ST) and 48 years(PWD). Qualifying date for age limit will be as on the date of notification as per Date of Birth given in Class-X certificate.
Essential Qualification:
- Epidemiologist: MBBS or Master in Public Health or equivalent.
- Data Manager: MCA / MSc Computer Science / BE (Electronic & Telecommunication) / B-Level DOEACC.
- Data Entry Operator: BCA / DCA / Graduate with one year computer course / A-Level DOEACC.
Duly filled APPLICATION FORMS & supporting documents may be submitted in the State Health Society, NHM, Manipur, Lamphelpat & in the Offices of CMOs in Jiribam, Churachandpur, Pherzawl, Tamenglong, Noney, Kangpokpi, Senapati, Ukhrul, Kamjong, Tengnoupal & Chandel on all working days from 22-02- 2024 to 01-03-2024 on cash payment of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST) as fees for application processing, oral assessment, etc.
