Essential Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing with integration of Middle Level Health Provider (MLHP) syllabus.
Upper Age Limits: 38 years(Unreserved), 41 years(OBC) and 43 years(SC/ST) and 48 years(PWD). Qualifying date for age limit will be as on the date of notification as per Date of Birth given in Class-X certificate.
Duly filled APPLICATION FORMS & supporting documents may be submitted in the State Health Society, NHM, Manipur, Lamphelpat & in the Offices of CMOs in Jiribam, Churachandpur, Pherzawl, Tamenglong, Noney, Kangpokpi, Senapati, Ukhrul, Kamjong, Tengnoupal & Chandel on all working days from 08.03.2024 to 15-03-2024 on cash payment of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST) as fees for application processing, oral assessment, etc.
