Essential Qualification:
- Junior Engineer Grade-I (Civil): Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Junior Engineer Grade-II (Civil): Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Surveyor: NTCC 2 years in Surveyor OR Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Draughtsman Grade-II: NTCC 2 years in Draughtsman (Civil)
- Draughtsman Grade-III: NTCC 2 years in Draughtsman (Civil)
- Stenographer Grade-II: Graduate with Stenography Course & Computer knowledge
- Stenographer Grade-III: Graduate with Stenography Course & Computer knowledge
- Road Mohorrir: Matriculate and above with knowledge of Manipuri and Hindi
- LDC: Graduate with basic Computer knowledge (CCC Certificate Etc.)
- Driver: 10th pass/Matriculate/HSLC/Equivalent with valid driving license (Light Vehicle) & minimum 3 years experience with experience in repairs and maintenance of vehicle, good eyesight, Etc.
- Fero-Printer: Matriculate and above with knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi & experience in Cycling
- Peon: Matriculate and above with knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi & experience in Cycling
- Borkandaz: Matriculate and above with knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi & experience in Cycling
- Chowkidar: Matriculate and above with knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi & experience in Cycling
- Sweeper: Matriculate and above with knowledge of Manipuri, Hindi & experience in Cycling
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 38 years as on 04.03.2024 relaxable upto 41 years for OBC and 43 years for SC/ST.
