Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related role preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Salary: As per company standards.
Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Name of the Post: Network Engineer

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/MCA or equivalent.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in computers, LAN, WAN, Intranet, and Extranets.

Name of the Post: Program Manager
Salary: As per company standards.
No. of Posts: 2
Qualification: MBA/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience.
- Should be able to supervise the production team, coordinate with editorial and technical teams, and ensure high-quality content delivery and operational efficiency.
