Post Name: OT Staff Nurse (Pediatric Operation Theatre)

Qualification & Experience
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Specialized training in Pediatric Operation Theatre Nursing
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Pediatric OT Nursing
- Registration with the relevant Nursing Council
- Knowledge of NABH standards and protocols preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operation theatre activities
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during pediatric surgical procedures
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards
- Ensure proper sterilization of OT instruments and equipment
- Coordinate with OT technicians, nursing staff, and healthcare teams
- Handle emergency situations efficiently within the OT environment
- Maintain accurate patient and OT documentation
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of OT procedures and surgical protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership and supervisory abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience
- MBBS from a recognized institution
- Valid Medical Council Registration
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and management of pediatric inpatients and emergency cases
- Assisting consultants during ward rounds and clinical procedures
- Preparation of discharge summaries and medical documentation
- Monitoring patient progress and coordinating patient care
- Providing emergency medical support and ensuring timely intervention
- Maintaining accurate medical records and hospital protocols
- Valid Medical Council Registration
