Name of the post: HR Manager
Gender : Male & Female
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management / Business Administration (BBA / MBA HR) / Public Administration or related field
- 1–2 years experience in hospital or healthcare HR management (preferred)
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
- Recruitment and staff onboarding process
- Payroll management and attendance monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Ability to maintain confidential employee records
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of HR software / Hospital Management System (HMS)
- Ability to prepare reports and HR documentation
Age Criteria
- 25 – 35 years
Salary : Negotiable
