Name of the Post: Master Trainer (Retail Sales Executive)
Qualifications (Any one):
- Graduate with Diploma in Sales Management, OR
- Graduate with 3 years experience in Sales & Store Operations, OR
- Graduate with Master Trainer (MEP/Q2602) certification, OR
- Graduate certified in 120/90-hour Employability NOS (2022) with minimum 90% score
Preferable Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic digital skills
- Experience in Employability Skills curriculum training
- Interest in training and mentoring peer trainers
Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month
