Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Technical background preferred, but practical skills matter most)
- Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for field/onsite support
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Manipuri
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC/Laptop hardware & software issues
- Install and configure Operating Systems & Drivers
- Perform system repairs, fixes, and fresh installations
- Carry out hardware upgrades and system optimization
- Provide general servicing and preventive maintenance
- Attend onsite/field service visits when required
