Vacancy Details
Name of the Post: Sales Executive Intern/Trainee
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Class 12th (10+2) or equivalent (minimum 50%)
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Manipuri and English (mandatory)
- Preference given to freshers and UGC diploma graduates
- Must be disciplined, motivated, and willing to work in the field
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Identify potential customers and generate leads
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions
Training & Internship Details (15 Days):
- Field practice (Sales Calls)
- Mandatory reporting (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
- Weekly performance review and monitoring
- Certification upon successful completion
Stipend & Incentives:
- Internship stipend: ₹5,000 (performance-based)
- Additional incentives on sales targets
- Salary and benefits as per company policy after FTE confirmation
Employment Type: Training (15 Days) + 3 months internship
