Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Industry: Construction (Residential / Commercial / Industrial)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
- Identify business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects efficiently.
- Ensure project quality, safety standards, budget, and timeline compliance.
- Lead and manage project teams, engineers, and site staff.
- Support business growth through marketing and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
